** Participants who would like to profit from reduced student registration, have to send their student certificate with the registration form only if they had an education regarding food.

*** Daily registration fee includes; one day attendance to Scientific Program, coffee break, lunch, congress CD, congress bag and congress book. Day of participation must be indicated.

Accommodation rates are per night and include breakfast.

TERMS of PAYMENT

1.BY CREDIT CARD
Only Visa and Mastercard will be accepted.

2. BY BANK TRANSFER

Please note that registration can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form. As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent. Confirmations will be emailed if a valid e-mail address is provided on the registration form. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of all cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations 30 days before the congress date will be refunded as 50% of the payment.
Cancellations 29 days before the congress date will not be refunded.
All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.
